Platform Services Team Lead
About the Role
You will lead, inspire, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver reliable platform services. You will operate as a cross-functional leader coordinating across R&D teams, define and drive architecture and design decisions for scalable microservices, ensure coding best practices and code quality, own project deliverables, translate needs into technical requirements and continuously improve team processes.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or leading backend teams
- 8+ years of experience in backend development and building microservices architectures
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js development
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
