Portfolio Implementation Associate
About the Role
You will support the daily management and implementation of US Crypto ETF products. You will monitor portfolios, coordinate creations and redemptions, execute trades, and coordinate settlements with custodians and fund administrators to ensure NAV and fund deliverable accuracy. You will build and improve portfolio management systems and trading and settlement tools, perform backtesting and quantitative analysis to evaluate new ETF strategies, trade spot crypto OTC with liquidity providers to achieve best execution, and produce timely research and newsletters on market and geopolitical events. You will translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and support product launches through expertise in ETF structure, performance drivers, liquidity, and trading mechanics.
Requirements
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear actionable insights
- Understanding of ETF structure, performance drivers, liquidity, and trading mechanics
- Experience with portfolio monitoring, trade execution, and settlement processes
- Experience with backtesting, quantitative analysis, and model evaluation
- Experience trading spot crypto OTC and working with liquidity providers
- Familiarity with NAV calculation and fund administration processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily settlement of trades with LPs and APs
- Coordinate creations and redemptions
- Execute trades and ensure timely settlement with custodians and fund administrators
- Ensure NAV and fund deliverable accuracy
- Build and improve portfolio management systems and trading and settlement tools
- Monitor and execute portfolio rebalancing with stakeholders
- Generate quantitative analysis and backtesting for ETF strategies
- Trade spot crypto OTC with liquidity providers to achieve best execution
- Provide in-depth analysis on viability and structure of new products
- Monitor competing products and analyze key differentiators
- Publish newsletters and produce timely research on market and geopolitical events
