Premium Cash Assistant
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers and agents at a premium agency based in the upcountry. You will manage daily reconciliation of transactions, assist agents with deposits and withdrawals, support account opening and product guidance, ensure cash transactions are recorded in the treasury system, request funds to rebalance agent liquidity, and report discrepancies or counterfeit bills to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a cashier in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in French
- Previous experience in front-office customer service or in the banking sector
- Vigilance, high attention to detail, and strong integrity
- Work authorization in Burkina Faso required
- Knowledge of Wave products is an added value
- Speaking English and a local language (Moore, Dioula) is an advantage

- Report counterfeit bills to leadership
