Primary Graphic Designer
About the Role
You will create social and marketing visuals and lead design efforts to bring brand identity to digital and print. You will design and implement advertising and marketing campaigns and produce online and offline sales materials. You will collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, guide and mentor other designers, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. You will stay current with design trends and technologies and apply a strategic, results-oriented approach to your work. Experience with video and animation will let you produce motion assets when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar field
- 8-10 years of experience in brand and digital marketing design
- Excellent skills in graphic design, typography, color theory, illustration, and composition
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strategic approach to design and branding
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in video and animation is a plus
