Principal Engineer
About the Role
You will set technical direction and drive innovation for the platform. You will work directly with the CTO to shape technical vision and strategy, lead architecture and design of critical systems and features, provide technical expertise and guidance across the organization, identify and resolve critical system failures and deficiencies, collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals, and research and implement new technologies and approaches.
Requirements
- Mastery of Python or TypeScript and ability to learn new languages
- Proven expertise designing and building large-scale high-performance systems
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems and cryptographic principles
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills and ability to influence across levels
- Proven ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals
- Deep understanding and experience with blockchain technology
