Principal / Staff Backend Engineer
About the Role
As a driven, product-focused senior-level backend software engineer on the founding team, you will be building a well-tested, feature-rich crypto trading experience. You will be developing with a blazingly modern backend tech stack, primarily Golang, Python, GCP, and MongoDB.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years software engineering experience.
- Adhere to “good” code practices with a focus on readability, maintainability, and testing.
- Have a working knowledge of modern cloud infra/DevOps best practices through services like Heroku and GCP.
- Comfortable with MongoDB for databasing.
- Be a high-agency autodidact who will lead with a founder mentality.
- Be crypto-native and excited about working on the cutting edge of trading technology (Bonus).
- Have experience with Typescript (Bonus).
