Product Design Lead
About the Role
You will lead design strategy and hands on execution for AI powered products. You will translate complex AI capabilities into simple interfaces, rapidly prototype and iterate, design monitoring dashboards, and craft scalable design systems. You will run user research, talk to customers, define design principles, and deliver production ready UI/UX for developer focused tools.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing interfaces for AI driven products developer tools or complex technical systems
- Code comfortable with the ability to discuss implementation details with engineers
- Strong user research skills and data informed decision making
- Proven experience building design systems and component libraries
- Bias toward action comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring other designers
- Familiarity with onchain web3 SQL big data NFTs and tokens is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating complex product UX work especially for developer facing tools
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate intuitive agent configuration workflows
- Create monitoring and insights dashboards for agent activity and performance
- Define and document design principles for AI driven tools
- Develop a scalable, agent centric design system and component library
- Prototype interaction patterns and validate them with users
- Conduct user research and customer interviews to gather product insights
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple usable interfaces
- Improve multi user collaboration flows for developers operators and analysts
- Deliver production ready UI specifications and work with engineering to implement them
- Measure usability and iterate based on data and feedback
