Product Designer
About the Role
You will identify user needs and pain points from user data, create journey maps and flow diagrams, design prototypes and storyboards, and validate solutions through user testing. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately, support qualitative and quantitative research, and evolve the design system to ensure accessibility and visual cohesion across touchpoints.
Requirements
- Professional portfolio demonstrating excellence in product design and human-centered process
- Proven track record designing consumer products for mobile desktop and web
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design methods and best practices
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative data and research methodologies such as surveys interviews and usability testing
- Ability to manage work autonomously from early concepts to final implementation and prioritize multiple projects
- Comfort working in a cross-functional agile product development environment and a fast paced startup setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate rationale and trade-offs for proposed solutions
- Passion for continuous learning and expanding design skills and techniques
Responsibilities

- Create journey maps, use cases, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes
- Translate concepts into intuitive interactions and validate them through prototyping and user testing
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure designs address user and business needs and are implemented accurately
- Support user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Adopt evolve and refine the design system to ensure visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across user touchpoints
