Product Designer
About the Role
You will design product experiences across multiple product lines and lead the end-to-end design process from concept ideation to final implementation. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements. You will mentor junior designers, create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs, and use user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and iterate on solutions. You will maintain and improve the design system and guidelines, advocate for user-centric design and user empathy, and stay current with UX/UI and crypto industry best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and conceptual thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma, Principle, Framer, After Effects)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Ability to iteratively deliver demos and prototypes
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated to work in an early-stage startup environment
- Nice to have: motion design, brand and design system experience, knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech
