Product Designer
About the Role
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems, propose solutions, and deliver thoughtful experiences across products like AI Oracle, OWallet, and OraiDEX. You will conduct user research and behavior analysis, design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, ensure smooth hand-off to developers, iterate using user data and feedback, and contribute to building and maintaining the design system.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Hands-on experience designing Web3 blockchain products such as wallets, DEXs, and staking dashboards
- Strong product thinking with ability to align user needs with business objectives
- Proficient in Figma and other design and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced tech environment
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process from problem to execution
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to identify product problems and propose design solutions
- Conduct user research and behavior analysis to uncover insights
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that meet user and business goals
- Ensure smooth hand-off and close coordination with developers throughout implementation
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product experience based on user data and feedback
- Build and maintain the design system across the product suite
