Product Designer

About the Role

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or strong portfolio designing UI and UX for dashboards and SaaS products
• Master Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototypes
• Master design systems and their application to scale a consistent dashboard experience
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and data visualization best practices
• Experience communicating with leadership (CEO, CTO, CPO)
• Startup, small company, or founder experience
• Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows
• Front-end code familiarity (preferred)
• Experience with Fraud, AML, Compliance, Payments, Fintech, or Banking (preferred)
• Experience working in globally distributed teams (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire design process from discovery through implementation and hand-off
• Identify user problems and explore solutions through research and validation
• Design all user flows, edge cases, and UI states beyond the happy path
• Create intuitive and comprehensive SaaS dashboard experiences
• Communicate status and progress and annotate and tag teammates in design files
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Apply and maintain design systems, components, and variants
