Product Designer UI/UX

About the Role

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX with a strong portfolio
• Experience designing across web and mobile platforms including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems
• Proven ability to translate complex technical or business requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Portfolio link required (viewable access in application)
• Preferred: experience designing for fintech, payments, ad-tech, loyalty platforms, or B2B/enterprise products
• Preferred: familiarity with crypto, blockchain ecosystems, or token-based systems
• Preferred: experience with motion design and using animation to enhance usability

Responsibilities

• Design and revamp UI and UX for enterprise and consumer products
• Translate broad concepts into clear, high-value user experiences
• Design flows that simplify campaign creation, token redemption, and merchant onboarding
• Own the end-to-end design process and deliver polished Figma handoffs
• Establish and evolve visual systems and design language
• Conduct user research and translate insights into measurable design improvements
• Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and marketing to align design with business objectives
• Present work and articulate design goals, rationale, and tradeoffs to leadership and stakeholders
