Product Designer (Wallet team)

About the Role

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product design
• NYC based, hybrid office schedule
• A strong portfolio showcasing design process, craft, and impact
• Experience across the product design lifecycle from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong communication skills to explain and discuss design decisions
• Solid UX and UI design skills with proficiency in Figma
• Experience working in agile, collaborative teams
• Has used at least one self-custody wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, Ledger, Rainbow, Coinbase Wallet)
• Demonstrated ability to design under technical constraints or distributed system limitations

Responsibilities

• Design Wallet and crypto product experiences for web and mobile
• Create intuitive user-centered solutions for new-to-Web3 investors
• Conduct discovery, workshops, and co-design sessions with customers and colleagues
• Translate complex problems into interaction models, task flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Test and validate designs with users
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Align with other product and design teams to maintain design and brand consistency
• Share work and give constructive feedback in design team sessions
