Product Designer
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end design processes for medium to large product features, plan and conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design solutions. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to implement designs, contribute to and optimize the design system, and deliver practical UX for core journeys such as KYC/KYB, cross-border flows, and fiat/crypto on-ramps and off-ramps. You will design intuitive experiences and visual systems for web and mobile, iterate rapidly with strong ownership, and work within standard product development workflows.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of UI/UX design experience with ability to independently plan and lead cross-functional projects
- Proficient in user research methodologies, integrating qualitative and quantitative insights
- Ability to balance user experience, business needs, and regulatory requirements to deliver feasible solutions
- Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills
- Proficient in Figma with strong wireframing, prototyping, and design specification skills
- Ability to translate complex technical mechanisms into intuitive user experiences
- Strong understanding of product development workflows in the tech industry
- Ability to design visual styles and user flows aligned with blockchain or technology-related products
- Preferred: experience in financial services, payments, or other highly regulated industries
- Preferred: experience leading design initiatives or mentoring junior designers
- Preferred: familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools to validate design effectiveness
- Preferred: experience designing for global multi-country or multi-language products
- Preferred: familiarity working with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams within regulatory constraints
- Nice to have: crypto/blockchain knowledge, front-end experience, slide-deck design, or product/business mindset
