Product Engineer
About the Role
You will manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing success. You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose solutions that meet customer goals. You will gather product feedback, track usage and performance, and represent customer needs to inform product decisions. You will collaborate with internal teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-changing environment while driving referrals and long-term solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a software development role
- Technical degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent people skills to monitor and measure customer performance
- Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto
- Experience with blockchain (preferred)
- Founded a company or built side projects (plus)
- Experience in startups (plus)
