Product Engineer
About the Role
You will lead the development and launch of products for mobility and public transportation, define product strategy and roadmaps, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will work closely with engineering on technical implementation, gather market and customer insights to inform decisions, present product vision to stakeholders and at industry events, and build relationships with customers, partners, Web2 industries, and Web3 communities.
Requirements
- Proven success developing, launching, and deploying software products
- Strong technical and industrial background
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions, preferably using Rust
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills in English
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems
- 5+ years product management experience in industries handling critical infrastructure
- Fluent English; German or additional languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with user-centric design thinking
- Experience leading and mentoring product teams
