Product Engineer
About the Role
You will lead product strategy and vision alongside the founder, plan a multi-year roadmap and execute priorities, prototype and evaluate potential applications, and assess strategic opportunities for fully homomorphic encryption. You will present your work at conferences, collaborate with other teams, learn new cryptography with support, and apply strong design and user experience practices.
Requirements
- Technical background or previous engineering experience
- Experience building products in tradfi or DeFi (trading experience preferred)
- Strong interest in cryptography
- Experience in leadership roles and comfortable with ambiguity
- Focus on design and user experience
- Willingness to collaborate across teams
