Product Lead, Chain Services
About the Role
You will own the long-term direction of Chain Services and drive the product from strategy through execution. You will define roadmaps and requirements, design and run the go-to-market plan for Rollups, and lead high-touch engagements with Web3 and Web2 customers. You will evangelize the product externally, partner closely with engineering, sales, and marketing, and hire and scale the Chain Services team five to tenfold to meet demand.
Requirements
- Previous founder or experience leading a high-growth 0→1 product
- 5+ years working closely with customers including user interviews and product-led sales
- 2+ years experience in web3 or crypto
- Deep technical expertise via developer product experience software engineering or a technical degree
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of people management experience preferred

- Set long-term strategy with company leadership

- Evangelize Chain Services through industry thought leadership
