Product Lead, Node Services
About the Role
You will own and drive the vision and roadmap for the Node Services product vertical. You will work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market partners and senior leadership to execute ambitious initiatives. You will manage and mentor Product Managers, analyze customer and usage data to inform priorities, and continuously improve product practices and quality to support billions of API requests daily.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Product management experience at a high growth startup
- Product management experience with developer tools or APIs at scale
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to listen to and understand customers
- Analytical skills to work with unstructured data
- Self-starter with ability to execute new ideas autonomously
- Ability to balance product quality with shipping speed
- Passion for blockchain technologies (preferred)
- Previous founder experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic roadmap for the Node Services product vertical informed by customer relationships and quantitative analysis
- Collaborate with senior leadership including CEO and CTO to execute ambitious initiatives
- Manage and mentor a growing team of Product Managers supporting Node Services
- Contribute to long-term product strategy across Alchemy products
- Implement industry best practices to raise product excellence
