Product Lead
About the Role
You will own and prioritize the product roadmap, make trade-offs, and prepare clear feature definitions so engineers can ship quickly. You will work directly with Web3 clients to optimize conversion flows, translate client feedback into roadmaps, and support the sales process by shaping tailored product solutions. You will define and run the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and establish product management processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management
- Exceptional communicator able to articulate trade-offs and timelines to engineers clients and executives
- Hyper-organized and proactive with proven execution track record in fast-paced environments
- Aligned with founder mindset and attention to detail
- Previously worked at a crypto startup or Web3 payments infrastructure company
- Experience with developer-facing API or SDK
- Managed enterprise-level clients and client success
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory flows in on-chain and off-chain transactions
- Track record in product at a high-growth startup
