Product Management Lead - iGaming
About the Role
You will build a zero-to-one crypto sportsbook and casino, owning the product vision and strategic roadmap. You will architect core platform components including crypto payment rails, player account management, bonusing engines, third-party data feed integrations, and responsible gaming features. You will obsess over the player journey from wallet-based onboarding to bet slip creation and instant settlement. You will translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and prototypes, and work closely with engineering and design to ship quickly in an agile environment. You will define and analyze KPIs to measure success and drive analytics-driven product decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven track record taking complex consumer products from concept to launch (0-to-1 experience required)
- Deep domain expertise in the iGaming industry
- Experience building or managing sportsbook and/or casino products
- Product discovery, specification writing, and backlog management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and bias for action
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong preference for candidates who can align working hours with the APAC time zone
