Product Manager
About the Role
You will own and grow Matcha Web, the flagship trading interface. You will analyze user behavior and market data, design and run experiments, and optimize onboarding, discovery, and trade flows to increase successful trades and recurring trader activity. You will work with engineering, design, and marketing to rapidly deliver high-quality changes, track key metrics, and scale what works.
Requirements
- 5+ years Product Management in crypto, fintech, or high-growth web products
- Proven track record shipping and scaling web products using experimentation and UX optimization
- Strong growth fundamentals including funnel analysis, cohorting, experiment design, metrics, and instrumentation
- Crypto-fluent with understanding of DEXs, wallets, and core DeFi trading mechanics
- Data-driven and collaborative with clear stakeholder communication
- Comfortable with occasional travel for two in-person team meet-ups per year
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Matcha Web growth
- Design and run experiments including A/B tests, feature flags, pricing and UX tests
- Improve onboarding, token discovery, search relevance, quote presentation, and trade flows
- Use analytics, user research, and market insights to identify levers and prioritize work
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver changes and with marketing to drive acquisition and re-engagement
- Track and report progress on volume share, north-star users, DAU, activation, repeat trade rate, and supporting metrics
- Keep Matcha Web aligned with the broader product suite and brand
