Product Manager - Bot Detection
About the Role
You will build bot detection, device intelligence, and behavior biometrics products. You will create and steer the bot and fraud risk product roadmap with stakeholders and translate customer needs into detailed specifications. You will design new fraud detection methods and monitor data to improve detection and prevention. You will work with product designers, data analysts, and engineering to review technical capabilities, prioritize projects, and ensure on-time delivery. You will manage projects end-to-end, from scoping through execution to final delivery and documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years building risk products
- Experience in bot detection or device intelligence
- Deep technical expertise consistent with a Technical Product Manager role
- Passion for solving customer problems both internal and external
- Good understanding of fraud typologies such as account takeover card fraud and bank fraud
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to balance data with intuition
- Commitment to teamwork and transparent inclusive communication
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build relationships
