Product Manager, CRE
About the Role
You will expand the product for new use cases, build integrations, and create an excellent developer experience for users of the Chainlink Runtime Environment. You will define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, lead discovery through customer interviews and data, validate solutions with experiments and prototypes, and drive delivery by working closely with design and engineering. You will manage features across the product lifecycle, make tradeoffs among product, customer, engineering, security, and timeline constraints, and coordinate go-to-market activities including positioning, launch readiness, and field enablement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Experience as a Product Manager with financial products and/or financial systems
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive and release products with positive impact
- Experience collaborating effectively with product, design, and tech lead
- Experience scaling Web3 or fintech platforms
- Experience in a product or technical role involving communication with engineering and delivery (ops, release, infrastructure) teams

- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement
- Coordinate go-to-market activities including positioning, launch readiness, and field enablement
