Product Manager
About the Role
You will drive UI/UX improvements by identifying pain points in user flows and simplifying the experience. You will translate complex DeFi mechanics into intuitive product flows, collect and analyze community feedback, and turn it into actionable product changes. You will write clear specifications, manage the product roadmap, and coordinate delivery with designers, researchers, and developers to ensure timely UI/UX updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in DeFi, fintech, or related industries
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics such as AMMs, lending markets, yield strategies, and liquidations
- Track record of improving UI/UX in complex financial or trading applications
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Figma, Notion, and similar collaboration tools
