Product Manager
About the Role
You will define product vision and strategy for an assigned vertical, own projects end to end from ideation to launch, and run cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery. You will conduct market research, use user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs, collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and business development, and define and track KPIs to measure product success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or related industries (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and technical limitations
- Software engineering or developer experience (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying research to iterate product design
- User-centric product mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for an assigned vertical
- Own end-to-end product projects from ideation to launch and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business development to deliver product launches
- Advocate for user experience and iterate using user feedback and analytics
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success
