Product Manager Payments

About the Role

You will lead the evolution of the payments product by owning the roadmap and launching new capabilities such as additional payment rails, merchant-facing features, and geographic expansion. You will establish and monitor key product metrics, analyze product and partner data, and translate insights into prioritization decisions. You will conduct customer research and market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. You will coordinate with Engineering, Partnerships, Legal, and Go-to-Market to align objectives and deliver product launches from concept through scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management, strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech/fintech with experience shipping customer-facing products
  • Deep knowledge of payments including ACH, card networks, wire, and RTP
  • Experience with fraud prevention and risk management and familiarity with regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to work with complex datasets, establish KPIs, and derive product recommendations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Fintech product experience preferred
  • Familiarity with crypto/Web3 infrastructure, SQL, Figma, or Notion is a plus
