Product Manager Staking and Yield
About the Role
You will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for institutional staking and yield product capabilities. You will design end-to-end staking and yield experiences, integrate external platforms and custodians into regulated infrastructure, translate partner needs into product requirements, and measure success with clear metrics. You will collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and GTM teams to bring new products from 0 to 1 and scale them across partners, assets, and chains. You will act as the internal subject matter expert on staking and institutional yield and educate stakeholders on mechanics, risks, and integration patterns.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of Product Management experience in crypto fintech capital markets or institutional financial infrastructure
- Proven track record building and launching staking or yield products for institutional or enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of proof-of-stake validator operations liquid staking and integration patterns for custodians and platforms
- Strong technical acumen and experience with API-driven backend or platform products
- Experience working closely with Legal Compliance and Risk in a regulated environment
- Excellent product discovery skills and the ability to translate institutional workflows into scalable product capabilities
- Data-driven decision maker with experience defining and instrumenting metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Nice to have: direct experience with institutional staking platforms or liquid staking protocols
- Nice to have: exposure to institutional crypto yield and lending businesses and familiarity with CeFi and DeFi yield access
- Nice to have: experience at a B2B infrastructure company serving banks brokers or large fintechs via APIs
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for institutional staking and yield products
- Design end-to-end staking and yield experiences for enterprise partners from onboarding through position management and reporting
- Lead integrations between Paxos, external staking and yield platforms, custodians, and enterprise partners including APIs and transaction flows
- Translate partner and client needs into clear product requirements and prioritize across assets chains and integrations
- Collaborate with Legal Compliance Risk Finance and Operations to ensure regulatory operational and accounting requirements are met
- Partner with Business Development and Sales to evaluate providers shape commercial structures and support go-to-market
- Define and monitor key metrics and use data to guide iteration
- Conduct market and competitive research on institutional staking and yield products
- Act as subject matter expert educating stakeholders on mechanics risks and integration patterns
