Product Manager
About the Role
You will lead the development and delivery of the NODE trading platform. You will translate business needs into product requirements and technical specifications, manage the engineering roadmap and sprints, and coordinate with developers, infrastructure, and security teams. You will ensure integration with market data feeds and execution systems (using FIX), contribute to architecture and design reviews, uphold cybersecurity standards, and use AWS to deploy, monitor, and scale platform components. You will use Python for automation and light data analysis, track KPIs and user feedback, and continuously optimize the platform for low latency and high performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical Product Manager role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets
- Strong technical background able to engage deeply with engineers on system design and infrastructure
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, and secure APIs
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Proficiency in Python scripting for basic automation or data parsing tasks
- Awareness of latency critical systems and ability to make trade offs between speed scalability and reliability
- Experience managing full stack product development with focus on scalability and performance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills bridging technical and business perspectives
- Nice to have: hands on experience with FIX protocol and electronic trading systems
- Nice to have: working knowledge of networking concepts including firewalls VPNs VPCs subnets and routing
- Nice to have: knowledge of crypto markets blockchain infrastructure and DeFi protocols

- Own the product lifecycle of the Single Dealer Platform

- Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews

- Leverage AWS to deploy, monitor, and scale platform components
- Use Python for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis
- Track KPIs and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product functionality
