Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives and shape how prospects discover and adopt the product. You will design and execute end-to-end go-to-market campaigns, manage launches, and own customer onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion programs. You will advise customers on integration and troubleshoot blockers, track success metrics, and use qualitative and quantitative data to surface insights. You will connect Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success, align stakeholders on product narratives, and measure the impact of messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Product Marketing role
  • Proven success driving product adoption activation and retention
  • Comfortable in data-heavy discussions and able to grasp complex technical products
  • Use data to identify root causes and make actionable recommendations
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership
  • Proactive organized project management skills
  • Direct experience in Web3 blockchain or fintech
  • Experience combining product marketing with customer success or account management
