Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will translate complex blockchain capabilities into clear value propositions for fintech and financial institutions. You will define positioning, lead product launches, conduct customer research, create technical and commercial content, and enable Sales and BD with collateral and proof points to close enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience focused on fintech, payments, financial services, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences and translating infrastructure into business value
  • Proven track record of leading product launches, developing go-to-market strategy, and driving measurable adoption or revenue
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for customer-facing collateral and executive presentations
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning for infrastructure tailored to financial use cases such as cross-border payments, stablecoins, yield generation, and embedded DeFi
  • Lead product launches targeting fintechs and financial institutions from landing pages to co-marketing initiatives
  • Conduct customer research to surface needs and translate insights into marketing strategy
  • Create educational and technical content including playbooks, integration guides, competitive comparisons, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Enable Sales and BD with buyer personas, competitive positioning, objection handling, and customer proof points
