Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will lead go-to-market strategy and execute product and feature launches. You will define product positioning, craft messaging and naming frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, content, and marketing. You will plan and run cross-channel campaigns, translate technical concepts into clear value propositions, and synthesize market and competitive insights to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in banking, capital markets, or fintech
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple product or feature launches
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs
  • Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy
  • Preferred: Experience marketing to traditional financial institutions, capital markets, fintechs, or developer platforms
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem and technical trends
  • Preferred: Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products
  • Preferred: Experience in a globally distributed, remote-first organization
