Product Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will own end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for core products, translating product roadmaps into clear campaign narratives and measurable goals. You will create enablement materials for commercial teams, develop positioning and messaging for different regions and user types, conduct customer interviews and usage analysis, and monitor market and competitive trends to inform product and GTM decisions. You will track launch performance and iterate on playbooks to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or stablecoin-based products
- Proven ownership of go-to-market strategy for complex infrastructure-heavy products
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Business Development, and Operations
- Deep customer empathy and hands-on experience translating insights into strategy
- Strong market awareness across Web2 fintech and Web3 rails
- Structured thinker with a bias for execution and iteration
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for core products including accounts, cards, on/off-ramps, and stablecoin flows
- Translate product roadmaps into campaign narratives, goals, and execution plans
- Partner with Product, Growth, Business Development, and Operations to align on launch readiness and success metrics
- Build and maintain a forward-looking launch calendar and GTM playbooks
- Develop enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and battle cards for BD and partners
- Define and own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging pillars by region and user type
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and usage analysis to inform positioning and strategy
- Build competitive frameworks and monitor market trends across fintech, payments, stablecoins, and Web3
