Product Operations Associate
About the Role
You will manage minting, burning, and movement of large volumes of crypto and fiat, directly handling real money transfers. You will partner with Product and Engineering to design and implement operational workflows and systems. You will troubleshoot customer issues, analyze operational data, and deploy improvements. You will rotate across projects, learn blockchain and stablecoin mechanics, and take on evolving responsibilities in a two-year development program.
Requirements
- Based in New York City and able to work onsite five days per week
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, tech, or operations
- Detail-obsessed problem solver
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Curious learner comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in building a career in fintech; fintech or crypto experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale crypto and fiat transfers including minting and burning of tokens
- Design and build operational workflows and systems with Product and Engineering
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Analyze data trends and implement operational improvements
- Operate day-to-day stablecoin operations to ensure reliable money movement
- Rotate across projects to explore different operational areas and responsibilities
- Handle unexpected incidents to maintain excellent customer experiences
