Product Owner
About the Role
You will take ownership of product delivery, translating regulatory and compliance frameworks into actionable requirements. You will define and track product roadmaps, coordinate priorities across compliance, legal, sales and engineering, and ensure smooth launches. You will support banking partner integrations and design scalable solutions for different client profiles.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto startups
- Track record of launching financial products end-to-end
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments (EMI, VASP, MiCA)
- Hands-on entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and drive to build from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English (Russian is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Lead development and launch of the payment processing product in Luxembourg
- Translate regulatory and compliance frameworks (MiCA, EMI, VASP) into product requirements
