Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, or similar roles in high-growth organizations
• Proven track record of operational excellence and cross-functional alignment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and uncover insights
• Experience leading market research and competitive analysis
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and building reporting frameworks
• Experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized identity systems is highly desirable but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis
• Deliver data-driven insights from user and product data
• Translate market and data insights into strategy for cross-functional teams
• Own go-to-market strategy and post-launch measurement
• Establish metrics tracking and reporting systems
• Design and manage workflows to gather and synthesize user feedback
• Coordinate cross-team readiness for product launches
• Build and optimize processes and systems to enable scalable user growth
• Drive operational excellence and efficient delivery cycles
