Product Tech Lead
About the Role
You will lead technical decision-making across multiple development teams, define and drive overall architecture, and lead technical reviews of designs and implementations. You will standardize cross-team engineering practices, improve development processes and quality control, and coordinate technology selection and implementation across multiple stacks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web or software product development experience including team lead experience
- Practical experience in technology selection and architecture design
- Experience leading cross-team technical coordination and decision-making
- Experience in establishing technical review and quality management practices
- Experience understanding multiple languages and technology stacks and leading technology selection
- Japanese business-level proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead technology selection and overall architecture design
