You will leverage your consulting or internal operations experience to keep operations running smoothly. You will streamline and document internal processes, design and maintain reports and dashboards for cross-team visibility, build an internal reimbursement workflow, and project manage initiatives across stakeholders while juggling multiple workstreams and packaging analytical findings clearly.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a consultant or in company operations at a rapidly growing startup
- Proven experience managing complex projects to deliver outcomes on time under tight deadlines
- Ability to context switch and support processes across departments
- Strong analytical skills and experience creating clear reports
- Passion for Web3 and interest in AI as a public good
