QA & Automation Engineer
About the Role
You will own the QA and test automation strategy for products end-to-end. You will design, implement, and maintain robust automation infrastructure with a focus on frontend and client-facing applications. You will perform targeted manual and exploratory testing and convert critical flows into automated tests. You will define and improve QA processes, testing standards, and lead testing efforts for new features and major releases. You will investigate, debug, and drive resolution of complex issues and proactively identify quality risks and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation
- Proven experience owning a QA process end to end for a product or significant system
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar automation frameworks
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and the software development lifecycle
- High attention to detail, strong debugging skills, and excellent communication
- Experience with Web3, blockchain technologies, or distributed systems (nice to have)
- Knowledge of performance, security, or reliability testing (nice to have)
