QA Engineer
About the Role
You will work across the full product lifecycle, participating from requirements through build, release and support. You will design and implement test strategies and automated test suites, review and enforce testing processes, and coach teams on quality engineering. You will test APIs, back-end services, databases, messaging systems and UIs, identify issues early, and propose continuous improvements. You will adapt to changes in a complex trading, blockchain and DeFi environment and act as a role model for quality.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and best practices
- Ability to drive and coach teams on quality engineering
- Understanding of the test pyramid
- Technical knowledge of manual testing approaches
- Experience testing APIs, back-end services, databases, messaging services and UIs
- Hands-on experience with automated testing
- Understanding of the full development lifecycle
- Self-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team collaboration and continuous improvement mindset
Responsibilities
