QA Engineer

About the Role

Requirements

• 3+ years in QA engineering test automation or software quality roles
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Go Rust JavaScript TypeScript Python or Java
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright Cypress Pytest Jest Mocha Selenium)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into DevOps workflows
• Ability to deploy to and administer virtual machines on cloud providers such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Ability to lead teams collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive process change
• Passion for open-source decentralization and blockchain technology

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement the QA strategy for engineering teams
• Establish test automation frameworks that validate correctness security and performance
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for pre-deployment validation
• Develop fuzzing property-based and other advanced verification tests for smart contracts
• Execute load and stress testing to measure scalability under high transaction volume
• Collaborate with software engineers smart contract developers and DevOps to embed quality in development
• Automate vulnerability detection and regression testing with researchers and external auditors
• Test SDKs APIs and documentation to ensure reliability for the developer ecosystem
