About the Role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for go-to-market roles, source and screen candidates across regions, partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies, drive offer management and onboarding, and continuously improve recruiting processes to scale hiring effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth tech startup environment
- Proven experience recruiting GTM roles (sales, post-sales, marketing) in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on recruiting experience in UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets
- Comfort with data-driven recruiting, ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reporting
- Exposure to People Operations or onboarding process improvements is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse international teams and hiring across geographies
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across multiple regions

- Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to support scaling
