Regional Lead
About the Role
You will own end-to-end regional execution, managing agent acquisition, distribution and activation to grow and retain users. You will lead and motivate field-based teams, recruit and train agents, ensure KYC and AML/CTF compliance, coordinate agent liquidity, monitor performance using data, and manage agent lifecycle and recovery.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience managing an agent network or user acquisition
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing field-based teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Google Sheets and operational tools
- Background in telecom, financial services, payments, FMCG, or similar high-scale field operations preferred
Responsibilities
- Own regional agent network expansion and user growth
- Lead and manage field-based teams
- Recruit, contract, train and activate agents
- Ensure agent compliance with KYC and AML/CTF requirements
- Drive user acquisition and retention through agent-led distribution
- Monitor performance against targets and use data to unblock issues
- Coordinate agent liquidity management
- Manage agent lifecycle including performance improvement, churn, closures and asset recovery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and high-quality customer experience
