Regional Vice President Sales EMEA APAC
About the Role
You will lead go-to-market efforts across EMEA and APAC, owning regional strategy, forecasts, and high-stakes executive engagements. You will build, coach, and scale geographically distributed Account Executive teams, develop territory and coverage plans, run scalable sales campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Legal, Customer Success, and RevOps to remove friction and close enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience including 3+ years first-line leadership
- Proven track record selling into financial institutions, banks, and crypto firms across EMEA and/or APAC
- Deep relationships and networks across banking and financial services
- Expertise in digital assets including stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and compliance frameworks
- Fluency in go-to-market motions that adapt to varying regulatory frameworks and deal dynamics
- Experience building and scaling regionally distributed sales teams with high accountability
- Demonstrated sales management skills including forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, and managing team quotas of $3M–$5M+
- Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation
Responsibilities
- Design and execute hybrid go-to-market strategies across EMEA and APAC private sector
- Own regional forecasts and attainment and inspect pipeline to improve conversion and identify performance risks
- Lead executive-level engagements and enterprise deals with regulators and buyers
- Build, recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Account Executive teams across multiple geographies
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Customer Success, and RevOps to unblock friction and execute regional plans
- Develop and iterate territory plans, coverage models, and campaign strategies by country and vertical
- Represent the company at industry events and partner forums across EMEA and APAC
- Maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage and add at least $1M in qualified pipeline per quarter
- Develop, launch, and track 1–2 scalable sales campaigns per month
- Lead executive briefings, account planning workshops, and strategic reviews for Tier 1 customers
