Research Manager
About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end research production process: plan reports, coordinate with Research Engineers, drive analysis, and shepherd work from draft to publication. You will organize workflows, run daily huddles, maintain content trackers, set timelines, and incorporate stakeholder feedback. You will monitor ecosystem channels to surface insights, refine copy, and publish polished, data-driven research. You will also propose initiatives to expand distribution and improve research processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage proprietary data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in crypto research, investment research, or related analytical domains
- Ability to think critically about blockchain businesses and market positioning
- Understanding of data science concepts and intermediate grasp of statistical analysis
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple moving parts
- Experience coordinating editorial or publishing processes
- Collaborative ethos and ability to work closely with technical teams
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and operate in a fast-paced remote environment
