Revenue & Digital Marketing Operations Associate

About the Role

You will own the technical infrastructure that powers growth. You will manage lead routing, scoring, and reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot, build and execute email and web campaigns, set up automated nurture sequences, maintain system integrations and data alignment, and create dashboards to measure campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Professional level written and spoken English
  • 2+ years experience in marketing operations or revenue operations
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce administration
  • Ability to build reports dashboards and analyze campaign performance
  • Familiarity with API usage and data analysis
  • Interest and knowledge in crypto or digital finance (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Control the full lead lifecycle in Salesforce and HubSpot including allocation scoring and reporting
  • Execute marketing campaigns including audience building email creation and webpage setup
  • Set up and monitor automated email sequences and nurture campaigns
  • Manage email subscription lists and communications preferences in compliance with global regulations
  • Maintain core marketing systems and ensure connectivity and data alignment between them
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track campaign performance and audience growth
  • Collaborate with sales to understand needs and align marketing operations processes
