Revenue Operations Associate

About the Role

You will ensure potential clients have a smooth experience from the first meeting through contract signing. You will maintain and update HubSpot with client activity, keep deals moving by coordinating with BD, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance, run weekly standups, track pipeline progress, prepare reports, create and improve sales processes, and help prepare proposals and contracts.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, revenue operations, or client operations at a high-growth startup
  • Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and client lifecycle in HubSpot or similar CRM, including building reports, workflows, and dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to keep complex multi-team processes organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear professional communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience thriving in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and processes are being built

Responsibilities

  • Ensure key client touchpoints from first call to signed contract
  • Maintain HubSpot with client activity, meetings, and next steps
  • Update BD, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance teams and run weekly standups
  • Track pipeline progress and prepare status and conversion reports
  • Create and improve processes to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Prepare proposals and contracts and coordinate across teams
