Sales Account Director

About the Role

As the Sales Account Director, you will join a team driving TRM’s crypto go-to-market strategy for Public and Private Sector customers in the DACH region. Your goal will be to increase and strengthen our foothold in the space. You will own the entire sales process with new and existing customers. You will need to be knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency ecosystem and feel comfortable navigating complex processes to close six and seven figure deals.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products into Public and Private Sector accounts in the DACH region.
  • Strong customer-facing presentation and listening skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior executives.
  • A knack for storytelling with the ability to understand customer needs and convey compelling value propositions.
  • Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing goals.
  • Autonomous, collaborative, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Map accounts by connecting with key stakeholders to identify their needs, use cases, and decision-making processes.
  • Prospect for new stakeholders within your territory.
  • Nurture client relationships to drive referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans for your territory to meet revenue goals and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Develop deep product and subject matter expertise to enrich every stage of the sales process.
  • Act as a customer advocate by gathering and prioritizing feedback.
  • Develop a roster of loyal customers who will provide referrals and feedback.
