Sales and Business Development Director

About the Role

You will build the sales motion from the ground up: execute outbound prospecting and cold outreach to generate pipeline, run technical demos and workshops for security and engineering buyers, manage pilots through to conversion, maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting, create sales collateral and outreach sequences, and travel to attend conferences and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in B2B sales, including at least 3 years selling infrastructure, cloud compute, or developer tools to technical buyers
  • Proven track record exceeding quota and building pipeline in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Existing network in fintech, legal tech, insurance, AI/ML infrastructure, robotics, or cybersecurity
  • Technical fluency with TEEs, confidential computing, AI inference, and competitive solutions (e.g., AWS Nitro, Azure Confidential Computing)
  • Experience using modern sales tools (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar)
  • Experience selling into CISOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering or compliance officers at 50–500 person companies

Responsibilities

  • Build outbound pipeline through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Book qualified meetings with CISOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Infrastructure, and AI/ML leaders
  • Run technical demos and workshops to communicate technical value
  • Initiate and manage pilots with target accounts and drive them to conversion
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting in Attio
  • Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and outreach templates
  • Attend conferences and travel for customer meetings and industry events
