Sales Development Representative, Asia

About the Role

You will own the early stages of the sales process: prospect, outreach, and qualify leads across the APAC region. You will reach out via email, phone, Telegram, X and other messaging platforms to book introductory calls and educate customers about blockchain nodes and infrastructure. You will manage and maintain the CRM, produce forecasts and opportunity reports, and work with product, engineering, and support to relay customer feedback and resolve issues. You will refine processes, manage multiple requests across global time zones, and serve as an ongoing relationship manager for customers while helping drive market share in APAC.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in inbound, outbound, and client-facing sales for SaaS PaaS or IaaS
  • Strong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry
  • Existing network of crypto founders and projects in the APAC region
  • Active presence on Crypto Twitter
  • Skilled in prospecting techniques
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively across multiple global time zones
  • Proficiency using CRM software including forecasting and opportunity management
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and map technical services to business value
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requests and time demands
  • Preferred: Account Manager, Account Executive, or Account Director experience
  • Preferred: Technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Preferred: Experience presenting technical solutions to prospects and customers
  • Preferred: Advanced CRM experience including configuration and dashboard/report development

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to deliver customer outcomes
  • Prospect and reach out to new leads across multiple channels including Telegram and X
  • Book and qualify introductory calls with prospective customers
  • Educate customers about blockchain nodes and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
  • Contact, prospect, and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Refine and establish sales and process workflows
  • Own, manage, and report data in the CRM
  • Serve as initial point of contact and ongoing relationship manager for customers
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Work with support and communicate with customers pre and post sales
  • Respond and communicate quickly with customers
